MantaForge AeroCraft is developing Manta 100X, an electric heavy-lift drone concept for commercial and defence logistics. Our engineering roadmap includes simulation, material evaluation, physical prototyping and staged testing to assess structural integrity, flight performance and operational reliability. Carbon-fibre composites and aerospace-grade aluminium are among the materials being considered. The platform is intended for non-weaponized cargo transport, with performance targets subject to engineering validation.

Engineering and Validation

Defence Logistics Requirements

Our development programme prioritizes structural integrity, system safety and reliability for demanding defence logistics missions. Relevant requirements will guide engineering decisions and staged validation.

Commercial Precision

For commercial applications, our development programme focuses on reliable performance, durability and maintainability. Planned quality checks and staged testing will assess the design against defined operating requirements.

Material Integrity

Carbon-fibre composites and aerospace-grade aluminium are being considered for their strength and weight characteristics. Material selection and component design will be guided by structural analysis and testing against defined thermal and mechanical loads.

Structural Testing

Our planned validation programme includes structural testing, vibration assessment and environmental testing. Test methods and acceptance criteria will be defined around the intended operating conditions of Manta 100X.
