Manta 100X is currently under development. Images are concept visualisations, and stated specifications are design targets subject to engineering assessment, testing and change. They do not represent demonstrated performance, certification or commercial availability.

6. Legal Bases for Processing
We process enquiry and correspondence data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests, managing project communications and discussing potential research, supplier and commercial cooperation.
Where you personally request steps towards entering into a contract, processing necessary for those steps is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where processing is required by applicable law, the legal basis is compliance with that legal obligation.

9. Data Retention
Ordinary enquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless the discussion develops into an ongoing cooperation or contractual relationship.
Where cooperation continues, relevant correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to manage that relationship. Specific records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted from the records we control. Residual copies in service-provider backups are subject to the providers’ applicable deletion cycles.
